A bit of #mondaymotivation for us all...like everyone of our oxted ladies run club members, we all have a story, a goal, a milestone or a hurdle to cross. Just two of these stories are Sara and Clare. It was only 10months ago that Sara had her little girl! Whilst, Clare is a very experienced runner, and @titsey10krun was her first race after ten years and three children! It just goes to show -we can all do it. Inspire our kids, find the motivation and just do it! We’re not saying it’s easy to find the time to train or the dedication it takes to make our bodies strong, safe and ready for endurance sports like trail running, but with the right support, expert clinicians on hand, and the will, we can all do it!
